Team workspace
Everyone on the trial - PI, coordinators, and research students - shares this workspace with full visibility of applicants, documents, and campaigns.
Everyone sees the same applicants and documents (shared like a Google Doc). Roles only gate sensitive actions: a PI or coordinator can approve/sign documents and manage the team; research students can do all day-to-day work but not sign off. Every action is logged to the audit trail.
