Trials recruiting near you

The trials exist. Most people never find them.
Clinical trials are how new treatments reach people, and
thousands get care through one every year. Still, fewer than 1 in 20
people who could take part ever do, usually because no one ever tells them a
trial exists. The listings are public, but they sit in government databases
built for researchers. We read those same listings and put them in plain
language, for any condition, anywhere you live.
Search or describe
Type a condition, or describe your situation in your own words. Either
way gets you to the same matches.

skip the ones you don't.
The team reaches out
Send your interest and the study team contacts you. Applying is not enrolling,
so you are never locked in.
Your questions, answered
Questions people ask before applying
Is BridgeMD really free?
Yes, searching and applying are 100% free for patients. We're a matching tool, not the study sponsor, and we never charge you.
Will I get paid?
Many trials reimburse your time and travel, and some pay a stipend. The amount is set by each study, not by us. We show what the study lists. Never treat compensation as the only reason to join.
Is it safe? Am I just a guinea pig?
Every trial follows a protocol reviewed by an independent ethics board (IRB/REB). The study team walks you through the risks and what to expect before you agree to anything, and taking part is always voluntary. You can leave at any time.
What happens after I apply?
Your interest goes straight to that study's team. They contact you to confirm details and check whether you're eligible. Applying is not enrolling, so you're never obligated to continue.
Do I need a doctor's referral or insurance?
No referral is needed to apply. Trials don't bill your insurance for study procedures, and the study team will tell you exactly what's covered.
Will I get a placebo instead of real treatment?
Not all trials use a placebo. When one does, the study team explains it upfront, and participants are usually still monitored closely and continue receiving standard care.
Is my information private? Will I get spammed?
You control what you share. We don't sell your data. We only pass what you submit to the specific study team you choose to apply to.
Do you list focus groups or interview studies?
The finder lists recruiting clinical trials, including observational studies on ClinicalTrials.gov. Focus groups and qualitative interviews are not listed yet.
