What is BridgeMD?

A shared inbox for clinical research sites. Ads, email, web forms, referrals, and other marketing channels land in one place, organized by study. Bridget, the AI, can take action there, from replies and blasts to booking and coverage. A coordinator reviews every send, so the team follows up from this website without losing a message.

What's a patient inbox?

It is the same idea as email, built for the study team. Coordinators open BridgeMD, see every inbound message from ads, forms, email, and referrals in one list, reply from here, and send email or text blasts. Patients do not log into this inbox; they write in through those channels or the trial finder.

What's the trial finder?

A separate thing from the inbox. It is a public search page where people look up studies by condition and location and ask to join. You can share the link, or add the finder to your hospital or clinic website as a widget. Every inquiry still lands in your shared inbox.

How do you connect email, ads, and social?

You connect the accounts you already use. Gmail and Instagram sign in with Google or Meta, no password shared. Other recruitment mail, including the address listed on ClinicalTrials.gov, can auto-forward to a BridgeMD address. Ad lead forms can post into the same inbox. If you add the trial finder to your site, every search becomes an inquiry, already sorted by study. Replies go back out on the same channel.

How does Bridget, the AI assistant, work?

You tell Bridget what to do, and it takes the action for you to confirm. That includes replies, email or text blasts, booking links, handing coverage to a teammate, and reading the queue so you know what needs attention. It never sends on its own and never decides eligibility. A human always reviews, and every action is audit-logged.

Do you train AI on our patient data?

No. Inquiry and patient data is not used to train any model, it runs on a no-training endpoint, and it is de-identified. Every action is audit-logged.

Do you list focus groups or interview studies?

The trial finder lists recruiting clinical trials, including observational studies on ClinicalTrials.gov and studies a site posts directly. Focus groups and qualitative interviews are not listed today.

Does it decide who is eligible?

No. BridgeMD runs the inbox: it captures, sorts, and routes inquiries so your team can respond and move suitable people toward screening. It does not decide eligibility or run the trial.
