- Impaired gastrointestinal (GI) function that may significantly alter the absorption of RMC drugs

- Presence of RAS G12D mutation (Subprotocol D, E, F, G)
- All Patients:
- Primary central nervous system (CNS) tumors
- Impaired gastrointestinal (GI) function that may significantly alter the absorption of RMC drugs
