- Undergoing Primary Unicompartmental Knee Arthroplasty or Total Hip Arthroplasty
- Age 18 and above

- Narcotic use within past 3 months

- Doesn't own smart phone Drop Criteria: \- 2nd dose of IV dexamethasone
